Counted the way the board counts
Up to 100 points from the exam, 72 for grades, 28 for achievements — with the breakdown in the result.
Case 04 live licea-progi.pl
Admissions come down to one number: at most 200 points from the exam, grades and achievements. The portal computes it under the regulation, then shows what parents actually came for: where that number was enough in previous years.
01 The task
Threshold scores are public, but scattered across several hundred admissions portals and only while enrolment is open. A year later they are nowhere.
So a parent is handed a problem with incomplete data: compute the points, guess where they will be enough, and rank a list of preferences — in two weeks and with no reference point.
02 The build
The calculator is the entry point, but on its own it does not answer "where will I get in". So underneath it sits a school database and city data.
Up to 100 points from the exam, 72 for grades, 28 for achievements — with the breakdown in the result.
How many points were enough for a specific class. The data that disappears from portals once enrolment closes.
Supplementary enrolment, the Perspektywy ranking and a school comparison in one place.
Housing prices, salaries, nursery places. Context for a decision that is rarely only about the school.
